5.4 Switching off the cooking zone

To switch off the cooking zone hold down the On/Off key for at least 2 seconds.

The display will no longer show the power level.

To switch off all the cooking zones at the same time hold down the On/Off key of an active cooking

zone for at least 5 seconds.

5.5 Residual heat

If the cooking zone is still hot after being switched off, the symbol will appear on the display. The

symbol clears once the temperature goes below 60°C.

Beware of children in the vicinity as the warning lights indicating residual heat are out of their line of

sight. The cooking zones remain hot for a certain period of time even after they have been turned off.

Make sure that children never touch the hob.

5.6 Automatic temperature control

This function can be used to keep constant the cooking temperature. Once the required level has been

reached press simultaneously keys and of the relevant cooking zone. The electronic circuit

board will keep the cooking temperature constant.
